Pat, the folks in Donald Trump's camp are already burning the midnight oil to make sure he's re-elected in 2020. And here's what they're spending so much of their time and energy on: Facebook ads rallying his base behind his ineffective wall. In 2018 alone, they spent nearly $6 million on digital ads. They're building an online army that he'll be able to mobilize against our eventual Democratic nominee, and Democrats desperately need to catch up. For the past two years, Donald Trump has been running for president while we were doing the hard work of electing the most diverse slate of candidates to Congress in this country's history. We're behind, and I'm going to be real with you -- we have to come together now if we want to have even a glimmer of hope. Because the DNC is the only party organization with the power to elect our eventual Democratic nominee to the White House, I need to know if you're on board to help make investments in initiatives like launching digital ads that will keep pace with Trump's fundraising machine.
