The final stretch

pacquiao --

When Barack got back from a recent campaign swing, he couldn't stop talking about how every supporter he met was fired up.

From amazing crowds at his rallies with great candidates like Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer to meeting some of the volunteers who are part of this effort, he couldn't be prouder of what you're doing.

And continuing that organizing in these final days -- with person-to-person conversations on doorsteps and on the phone -- is the single most important thing that any of us can do to ensure we're successful at getting out the vote.

There are thousands of phone banks and canvasses happening as part of get-out-the-vote efforts through November 2nd to make the difference in tight races across the country -- can you make it out in your area?

There are events throughout each day, Saturday through Tuesday.

Thousands and thousands of you are out there every day, spreading the word about all we've done together over the last two years -- and how we need folks to vote for Democrats in order to keep moving America forward.

And Barack and I need you to keep it up in the final stretch -- please find and RSVP for an event in your area:

Thank you,

Michelle Obama

Dig deep, pacquiao

pacquiao --

There's only one way to wake up the morning after an election -- with no regrets.

There's only one way to be sure that's how you wake up on November 3rd: giving everything you've got in the last five days.

That's why I'm out there day after day, doing exactly what you're doing -- talking to voters.

These kinds of conversations are the most effective thing we can do in a campaign -- you know it. I know it. They're how we brought change to this country after years of Republican malarkey. They're how we won the White House.

I know what you're doing is working because, when I'm on the road or the President's on the road, the crowds are fired up and ready to go. I'm seeing positive signs everywhere, and millions of our supporters -- including tens of thousands who have never voted before in a midterm election -- are voting early.

But we have less than a week left, and we need everyone to dig deep.

Because none of us is alone in this work, we are pairing every grassroots donor who gives this week with another individual giving the same amount. All of us want to make an impact in these final five days, and this is a way to double it.

Please chip in $3 or more right now.

I'd never bet against this movement.

You're out there week after week, defying expectations. You knock on doors day after day. You make calls night after night.

Someone told me she couldn't believe that Democrats were reaching out to 7 million voters this week, and I told her that she shouldn't be surprised. You don't wait for the moment to come to you, you go out and seize it. Just Tuesday night I was in New York talking with a roomful of volunteers who were making calls and getting out the vote -- and it was a powerful thing to witness.

But we can't let up now.

There are campaign offices out there that need to add extra phone lines because they're packed with volunteers ready to make calls. There are volunteers ready to go canvass, but they need flyers to go door to door. There are kids on college campuses working to get their classmates to vote, and they need our help, too.

I don't want to let any of them down -- not now, not when we're so close.

So I need you to join another supporter and commit to this work, together.

Please donate $3 or more today:

Thanks for all you do,

pacquiao, are you on Facebook?

Democrats
pacquiao --

If you're on Facebook, and you want to have a big impact right now on the election, here's how:

Click here to use our "Commit to Vote Challenge" Facebook app.

With just a few clicks, you can ask any or all of your friends to commit to vote (which studies show is one of the best ways to get them to cast a ballot). You can track your progress, and compete with your friends who are also using the tool.

The amazing part is how quickly your actions multiply across the country. Let's say five or 10 of your friends commit. A few of them will pass it on, and their friends will pass it on, and it just grows from there. We're already seeing chains of commitments more than 20 people long, reaching from San Diego to Tampa, via Seattle, Boise, Boston, and New Orleans.

You might never guess how many people you'll turn out, or what critical race you'll put over the top -- all with just a few minutes and your Facebook account.

So give it a shot:

pacquiao, chip in what you can

pacquiao --

We all have a choice to make in the next seven days.

It's not just a choice to vote, or a choice to knock on one more door, make one more call, talk to one more voter.

Together, the choice we must make is to continue what we started.

The outcome of this election will determine not just who holds power in the halls of Congress. The decision we make in this election is going to set the direction of this country for years to come.

I need you fired up in this election.

pacquiao, I need you to give it everything you got. And I need your help to power our work until we reach that finish line.

Democrats are running the most ambitious get-out-the-vote program ever attempted in an election like this. Every dollar you can give today will be put right to work to get our message out, to provide the tools our volunteers need.

And every donation will be doubled because it will be matched by another supporter who is giving what he or she can afford.

Will you donate $3 today -- and fund the final push?

I know this is a difficult election. It's because we have been through an incredibly difficult time as a nation, and many are still hurting.

But our opponents in this election are some of the very people who got us into this mess -- some of the very people who stood on the sidelines while we worked to clean it up. Now they are promising to pursue the exact same agenda that led us into this crisis.

It's an agenda that was written by and for the special interests that have fought this movement at every turn. Worse, these groups that stand to profit from the Republican agenda are spending hundreds of millions of dollars to influence this election -- flooding the airwaves with misleading ads to attack our best allies.

It's up to each of us to raise our voices to beat them back.

So if you care about the critical reforms we made to a broken health care system, I need your voice.

If you care about fighting for middle class families, and building a country where opportunity is shared by everyone -- I need your voice.

If you care about climate change -- and a future where clean-energy technology is built right here in America -- I need your voice.

If you share a vision of America that says I am my brother's keeper, I am my sister's keeper -- I need your voice.

I did not run for this office for the sake of winning an election. And you did not join me in this fight two years ago to quit now.

I know we've asked a lot of you in the last few months. You have come through time after time. But I can promise you this: There is one week to go -- what all of you do right now will decide this election.

So, if you believe in the change we have made together, I need you to stand behind it. If you believe we are not finished seeking that change, I need you to choose to fight for it.

Please donate $3 or more -- and let's finish strong in the last seven days:

http://my.democrats.org/FiredUp

Thank you,

Barack

The moment has come

Democrats
pacquiao --

We've all seen campaigns where one party has all the momentum -- races with real enthusiasm gaps. But you're proving that's just not the case in this election.

Just look at the rallies with President Obama: more than 18,000 in Philly, 26,500 in Madison, 35,000 in Columbus. At events across the country, he's been drawing incredible crowds of people who are fired up for this campaign.

I've read reports about the work you're already doing to contact voters -- it's unbelievable for an election like this.

But there are nine days left. Whether you're one of the folks who've already helped reach out to 15 million voters or if you're one of those who has been waiting for a time to get involved, that moment has come.

Will you sign up to fill a crucial get-out-the-vote shift in the final four days of our Vote 2010 campaign?

Let me tell you why this is so important. It's not just that there are people out there who don't know what's at stake in this election.

It's not just that there are folks who need one of us to call them and make the case.

The truth is that there are people in this country who are doing everything they can to make sure our supporters don't make it out.

One group even tried to buy television advertising with a message for Latinos telling them explicitly -- don't vote.

We're up against more than apathy. What this election demands from us is an effort nothing short of extraordinary.

But I know we're all ready to deliver just that.

Can you commit to pitching in to get out the vote?

pacquiao, I've had it up to here

pacquiao --

Remember when the GOP was in control?

They drove up record deficits to pass tax cuts for the wealthy at the expense of the middle class.

And now they want to do it again. If they take over Congress, Republicans have promised to go back to the "exact same agenda" that drove our economy into a ditch.

You can't make this stuff up. The exact same agenda.

So I'm going to do everything I can to make sure they don't get the chance. We have a plan in place and 13 days to get it done -- but each and every one of us needs to do what we can today.

Will you donate $3 today to help us keep them out of power?

For months, our opponents sat on the sidelines while you helped the President and our allies in Congress move America forward.

Republicans are still clutching that same political playbook.

And folks like Sharron Angle in Nevada, Ron Johnson in Wisconsin, and Tom Corbett in Pennsylvania want to go beyond the failed policies of the past. Backed by millions in special interest money, some Republicans want to cut the minimum wage, gut Social Security, and end Medicare as we know it.

But Barack and I don't believe economic growth in America has to come at the expense of the middle class.

In fact, we believe we're only making progress when hard-working families are doing better -- and, with your help, we're getting there.

Thanks to health insurance reform, no one will have to choose between keeping their home and getting the care they need.

Thanks to student loan reform, more parents can send their kids to college -- even if it looked out of reach in years past.

Thanks to our investments in clean energy, entrepreneurs are creating jobs and writing a new energy future for this country.

That's change we can all believe in. That's change that doesn't discriminate between Democrats, Republicans, or independents. That's the kind of America I believed in growing up in Scranton and raising my boys in Delaware.

Barack and I are going to keep fighting for that America -- and right now, you get to decide how this fight plays out.

Donate $3 or more today and help us finish strong:

pacquiao, here's our advantage

Democrats
pacquiao --

Right now, Democrats have a major advantage, and it's because of you.

The overwhelming majority of the money we've raised for the fall election has come from small donors giving what they can. In the course of this campaign, we've received more than 3 million contributions -- and that adds up.

The Republicans don't have a base of support like ours, and it shows. They've tried to raise money from the PACs and the lobbyists, and month after month, they've come up short.

Right now, when they should be ramping up their get out the vote efforts, there are media reports that they're scaling back. Their strategy is dependent on massive spending on attack ads by outside groups. That's not nothing, but the field organizing just isn't there.

The ground is ours.

We've planned an unprecedented effort to take advantage of that fact. We've got organizers in every state, volunteers in community after community -- all of them working to make the one-on-one connections with voters that make all the difference.

Can you chip in $3 or more to help us capitalize on this advantage and power our get out the vote campaign?

We've been out-working the Republicans for months. And it's becoming clear how that is starting to pay off.

It begins with fundraising. Because of you and the contributions you've made, we've been able to hire talented organizers and give them the resources they need to go to work -- campaign offices, clipboards, customized maps for volunteers going door-to-door.

They've been on the ground across the country for months -- recruiting volunteers, training leaders, studying communities. Those volunteers -- people like you -- have organized canvasses in their neighborhoods, phone banks in their living rooms, and parties to watch the President speak.

We've watched this organization grow for months, and the results we've been able to deliver have increased exponentially. In the past month, we've seen our voter contact program grow by 150 percent per week, and it will continue growing each week until the election.

Meanwhile, the Republicans are drawing back. They've scrapped plans to send staffers out into the states to talk to voters, planning to mail out fliers instead.

Today, the ground is ours -- let's take it.

There are just 19 days left, and we need your help to seize the moment. Even with all we've built, we still have a ways to go.

Please donate today:

I want to meet pacquiao

Friend --

Two years ago, I met 10 of you.

Just before I accepted our party's nomination in front of 80,000 people in Denver, I spoke with 10 grassroots supporters who had won a trip to meet me backstage.

I still remember the time we spent together -- because these are the people, like you, who stood with me in 2008, and got me through the tough fights since.

But we face another test on November 2nd that will say a lot about our future -- and I need you by my side again.

A Supreme Court decision I strongly disagree with has shifted the balance of power in our elections from folks like you to giant corporations. Their massive spending on attack ads could have a real impact on who represents you at all levels of government. Only supporters like you -- and all the work you are doing -- are standing in their way.

This may be our toughest fight yet.

So next week, just 11 days before the elections, I want to meet three supporters like you backstage at a rally in Las Vegas -- one of the last big rallies of this campaign.

Please make a $3 donation now to be automatically entered to win a trip to be at my side at the rally in Vegas.

This movement has always been about more than me. It's about change, and the kind of future we envision for this country.

The folks I met backstage in Denver told me they wanted health reform, a clean-energy economy, and a resolution to the war in Iraq. They wanted a new kind of politics, and a new kind of leader.

It was their hope and expectation that together we would move beyond the status quo, that we would counter the special interests and corporate influence in Washington -- that we would do what was right and necessary for all Americans.

With your help, we have made historic progress, but there is much left to do -- and it will not happen without your involvement. I need strong allies in Congress who will stand with us in the tough fights ahead, and I need you to give it all you've got through November 2nd to make sure they can.

Your donation today will provide critical support to our Vote 2010 campaign as we reach out to millions of voters who will decide the closest races across the country.

It will determine if we pass this test, and win our toughest fight yet.

Please donate $3 or more to be automatically entered to win a trip to Las Vegas to meet me backstage:

http://my.democrats.org/Backstage

I hope to see you out there,

President Barack Obama

P.S. -- Making a donation automatically registers you for the sweepstakes. You may also enter the sweepstakes without making a contribution either online or via text message -- click here to enter online or here for instructions on how to enter via text message. No minimum contribution is necessary to be registered.

No purchase or contribution necessary to enter. Void where prohibited. You can enter the contest without making a contribution by clicking here. Only U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents over the age of 18 who are residents of the 50 states or D.C. are eligible to enter. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on 10/15/10. Three winners will receive one round-trip ticket within the continental U.S. to Las Vegas, NV; hotel accommodations for one; and a meeting with President Obama at a rally event on 10/22/10 (approximate combined retail value $1,200.00). pacquiao, I need you in the game

pacquiao --

I come into this election with clear eyes.

I am proud of all we have achieved together, but I am mindful of all that remains to be done.

I know some out there are frustrated by the pace of our progress. I want you to know I'm frustrated, too.

But with so much riding on the outcome of this election, I need everyone to get in this game.

Neither one of us is here because we thought it would be easy. Making change is hard. It's what we've said from the beginning. And we've got the lumps to show for it.

The fight this fall is as critical as any this movement has taken on together. And if we are serious about change, we need to fight as hard as we ever have.

The very special interests who have stood in the way of change at every turn want to put their conservative allies in control of Congress. And they're doing it with the help of billionaires and corporate special interests underwriting shadowy campaign ads.

If they succeed, they will not stop at making our work more difficult -- they will do their best to undo what you and I fought so hard to achieve.

There is no better time for you to start fighting back -- a fellow grassroots supporter has promised to match, dollar for dollar, whatever you can chip in today.

Please donate $3 or more -- and see who wants you to re-commit to this movement.

I know that sometimes it feels like we've come a long way from the hope and excitement of the inauguration, with its "Hope" posters and historic crowds on the National Mall.

I will never forget it. But it was never why we picked up this fight.

I didn't run for president because I wanted to do what would make me popular. And you didn't help elect me so I could read the polls and calculate how to keep myself in office.

You and I are in this because we believe in a simple idea -- that each and every one of us, working together, has the power to move this country forward. We believed that this was the moment to solve the challenges that the country had ignored for far too long.

That change happens only from the bottom up. That change happens only because of you.

So I need you to fight for it over the next 26 days. I need your time. I need your commitment. And I need your help to get your friends and neighbors involved.

If you bring in a new donor today, your $3 donation will become $6. And our Vote 2010 campaign will have twice the resources to make important investments like putting staff on the ground, providing materials for volunteers, and turning out millions of voters come Election Day.

Please donate $3 or more today -- and renew your commitment:

http://my.democrats.org/OctoberMatch

If we meet this test -- if you, like me, believe that change is not a spectator sport -- we will not just win this election. In the years that come, we can realize the change we are seeking -- and reclaim the American dream for this generation.

Thank you for being a part of it,

President Barack Obama

I need your help

pacquiao --

I've always said that 2008 was an amazing journey. But nothing from that election struck me more than seeing so many giving their time and lending their voices because they were ready for change.

Two years ago, in state after state -- no matter where I went -- I saw grandmothers out canvassing, college kids traveling to swing states and sleeping on gymnasium floors, and people using their lunch breaks to make a few more calls. So many got involved for the very first time, each one bringing others along with them.

It was inspiring to witness.

Now, Barack and I need you to help show that energy again. Because this is such a critical moment, a group of grassroots donors are ready to match any contribution you can give.

Across the country, teachers and firefighters, truckers and nurses have made pledges of support hoping to inspire you to take the next step. Because of them, a $3 contribution will become $6.

Donate today and answer your fellow supporter's pledge to match whatever you can give.

Here's how it works:

-- You choose the amount you are able to give and another supporter willing to match that amount doubles it.

-- You can choose to write a note to the individual who matched your donation and tell them why you decided to own a piece of this movement.

Since the day Barack announced his plan to run for office, supporters like you have made everything we've achieved possible.

That's as true now as it was on Election Day in 2008.

You're the reason we reformed a health care system that was broken, progress that means so much to so many. You're the reason we reined in Wall Street banks that were out of control.

But Barack can't keep making progress without strong allies in Congress. And now the same people who've opposed us at every turn are targeting the folks who voted to make change real. They think we can't do it again.

But they're wrong.

If the folks who I saw in 2008 -- those of you who packed up your bags and slept on floors and made calls and talked to voters day after day -- are ready to stand with us again, then I'm ready for any challenge that lies ahead.

That's why we're asking you to help grow this movement once again.

The plan for this election is based on the lessons we learned two years ago. Our organizers and volunteers are knocking on doors every weekend, making calls every night. Your support will help to fund this work.

Another supporter is asking you to join them today -- and has pledged to match whatever you can give.

Please donate $3 or more to help grow this movement before November 2nd:
