I am asking you to do something important today, Pat

Four more years of Trump and Republicans' unbridled chaos and corruption would be nothing short of devastating for our country.

Donald Trump is absolutely terrified of being held accountable, Pat.

It's why he's singled me out and attacked me for doing my job to expose his administration's rampant corruption. And it's why he lashes out at anyone who dares stand up to him by telling the truth.

Trump and his allies think they can bully you and me into submission. They are wrong. Courageous Democrats across our country are rising up to hold this administration accountable and send Trump and the rest of the GOP packing in 2020. But the only way we can do that is if we keep putting in the work now, while it's still early in the race.

Every seat. Every ZIP code. Every level of government. That's what we're fighting for in 2020, and the DNC is working overtime to invest in the programs it will take to get there. But to elect Democrats who will fight for all of us, they need grassroots supporters like you to come together to hit crucial fundraising goals like the one they've set for August. That is why I have an important request of you today, Pat.

Let's send Donald Trump a strong message in a language he can understand: Donate $3 before tonight's midnight deadline to invest in a strong DNC, so that Democrats have the power to hold the GOP accountable and defeat Trump and his Republican enablers in 2020.

Defeating Trump and his allies in the House, Senate, and seats across the country will not be easy, but it's absolutely necessary: Only by winning everywhere will we be able to defend the integrity of our democracy for future generations. Four more years of Trump and Republicans' unbridled chaos and corruption would be nothing short of devastating for our country.

Electing Democrats to the White House and seats nationwide will take a strong ground game, best-in-class tech and voter data, and a robust voter protection program -- all areas the DNC is investing in right now. Together, we can make Democrats a force to be reckoned with and hold Trump and his allies accountable, Pat, but first we must hit this crucial August goal.
