Let me explain why I stand with LaMonica, and why I am asking you to join me today.

Last year, Rep. McIver was performing congressional oversight in her district when ICE interfered with her job. As a result, she’s facing baseless charges and up to 17 years in prison for her commitment to protect people against Trump’s agents.

These charges against Rep. McIver are a product of LaMonica exercising her responsibility to check the Trump administration.

After demolishing the East Wing of the White House to build his tacky gold ballroom, he announced that he's building a 250-foot tall monument on the National Mall that would completely block views of Arlington Cemetery and the Lincoln Memorial.
