 The DNC is the only party organization responsible for supporting our eventual Democratic nominee. Pat, when news broke that Trump had raised an eye-popping $127,000,000 for his re-election, we here at the Democratic Party knew we had to do something drastic to fight back. That's why the DNC set the goal of 50,000 individual donors to the One-Term President Fund -- a fund specifically dedicated to defeating Trump in 2020 and electing Democrats from the school board to the White House. Since you're an integral part of our party, I wanted to show you where we're at so far this month:  We're still pretty far behind where we need to be for the month, but we wouldn't have set this goal so high if we didn't believe in the incredible strength of this grassroots team.
