 People have said that what happened in NC-09 last November was the biggest case of election fraud in living memory. Because of the North Carolina State Board of Elections' decision last week, we'll have a chance to right that wrong -- and we can't miss that chance. This isn't just about a seat in Congress. It's about our democracy.
