Here's why this request is so important: Our country is currently facing some of the worst leadership in our history. Donald Trump and his administration are ruthlessly attacking millions of Americans' access to affordable health care, recklessly disregarding climate change -- producing irreversible harm -- and doling out tax breaks to the megarich at the expense of the working class. We must do better, and there's only one way to be sure of it. We have to start investing right now in a strong Democratic Party that will help elect leaders from local office to the Oval Office who will make this country a better place for future generations. There are only 32 hours left until tomorrow's deadline -- and we're relying on 12 more supporters from Carrollton to step up before then. You contributed in 2016 -- thank you. Time and time again Donald Trump and his administration have proven that they are not capable of running our country. The only way to protect our democracy and get ourselves back on track is by putting Democrats in the White House and in seats nationwide. The Democratic Party is hard at work developing programs like these to make that happen: Organizing Corps 2020 is the DNC's answer to Trump's 2016 victories in key battleground states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania -- states we narrowly lost. This program will recruit, train, and pay homegrown field organizers to mobilize their communities starting this summer. Applications to this program are already rolling in, so it's urgent that we raise the funds required to power this immensely important program that our eventual 2020 nominee will rely on to build a best-in-class field team. The Democratic Data Exchange, announced last month, is a landmark agreement between the DNC and state parties that will revolutionize how voter data is shared across the progressive ecosystem. It'll unify our efforts, allowing campaigns and state parties to access better data in real time that will help them effectively target and reach voters. Protecting the right to vote will be critical to winning seats across the country in 2019, 2020, and the years ahead. If folks can't vote, Democrats simply can't win. That's why the DNC will continue running its national voter hotline this year and next year to assist those who have questions or concerns while registering to vote or casting their ballot. Programs like Organizing Corps 2020 and its voter protection hotline won't reach their full potential without your support right now, before tomorrow's deadline.
