Pat --
It's official: We're in the final quarter before the general election kicks off. Right now, it's more important than ever we do all we can to unite as Democrats and build the strongest infrastructure in our party's history.
That's why the DNC and President Obama created the Democratic Unity Fund. It represents a promise to the eventual nominee and Democrats down the ballot that the full weight of the Democratic Party will be behind them when they need it most -- but time is running out to fully support the fund.
With only a few months to go until the start of the general election, I am asking you to make the choice to support Democratic candidates up and down the ballot while there is still time for our investments to make the biggest difference.
Will you make a $7 donation to the Democratic Unity Fund today?
Trump and the RNC have had the luxury of a three-year head start. Trump filed for reelection on the day of his inauguration, and he's been campaigning ever since. Unfortunately for us, this means he's got a substantial lead in money and organizing efforts. We can still win, but we need to put in the work now.
Luckily, the Democratic Unity Fund is helping us close the gap, and together, we're hard at work building the infrastructure our candidates will rely on to win. Trump and the Republicans are only going to ramp up their efforts the closer we get to the general, and so must we. I know you understand the stakes here, so I'll ask once again:
Will you chip in $7 today to support the Democrats who are trying to take the White House and the Senate and hold our majority in the House?
Thanks for being a part of this,
Seema

P.S. We have a few short months to build the strongest Democratic Party in history -- one candidates will need to win across the country. We're counting on everyone to get involved early. Look at what we have on file for your support of the fund, then make a $7 donation directly to the Democratic Unity Fund.
