Pat, with all the dire news in the world right now, I wanted to take a moment to share three points of good news about the Democratic Unity Fund -- and then ask you to make your first contribution to the fund: As of this morning, this is how many people from Texas have contributed to the Democratic Unity Fund. That's spectacular news! Since President Obama announced the fund last May, over 117,636 Democrats nationwide have come together to support the fund. That's crucial, because the Democratic Unity Fund is key to avoiding the mistakes our party made in 2016. Together, we're making sure our party's eventual nominee for president -- not to mention Democrats down the ticket -- start the general election in the strongest position possible to win in November.
