The way things are shaping up, our Democratic nominee is going to face a huge fundraising deficit when they enter the general election and we're relying on grassroots supporters to help close the gap. This goal is not arbitrary -- it is the number of card-carrying Democrats it will take to build a powerful movement to defeat Donald Trump and elect Democrats nationwide in the coming years.
