 Pat, if Democrats like you and I come together to put in the work, a Democratic president will be sworn in on the steps of the U.S. Capitol exactly two years from today. We are now at the midpoint of Trump's presidency. If anything has been made clear during these first two years, it is that our party's highest priority should be electing Democrats from the school board to the Oval Office who will fight to set our country back on track. The only way we can end Trump and Republicans' stranglehold on our country is by building the party infrastructure we will need to take on Trump and the GOP's machine in 2020. That means investing in the best campaign tools, voter data, campaign staff, and voter protection efforts so that campaigns, state parties, and our eventual Democratic nominee can be in the best possible position to win in 2020. On the two-year anniversary of Trump's presidency, will you contribute $3 to help elect a Democratic president and win seats nationwide? Ending Trump's presidency by electing a Democrat to the White House hinges on the amount of support our party receives from grassroots Democrats like you. These two years of Donald Trump's presidency have proven that he is incompetent and incapable of governing. Held hostage by Trump and Republicans, our government is being prevented from carrying out its most basic functions, and thousands of federal workers have missed their paychecks. Handing Trump four more years in the White House is not an option, Pat -- and the work to defeat him and Republicans in 2020 has to happen right now.
