If there is any lesson we should take from this debacle of a week, it's that we cannot stop fighting for one second in these midterm elections. You've donated to the Democratic Party in the past -- and I can't tell you how important it will be to have your support again this year. Elections have consequences, Pat -- and right now we're in a fight for the very soul of our country. Everything we hold dear is on the line this November -- Roe v. Wade, affordable health care, voting rights, organized labor, equal protection, climate change, and so much more. So I am asking you directly: Today is a critical time to stand with Democrats. Will you chip in $10 before midnight's FEC deadline to help take back Congress and state legislatures nationwide? We have to pour everything we've got organizationally, financially, emotionally, and politically into turning this around -- not just in September, October, or November. We need to do it right now. There are so many incredible first-time candidates, women, and people of color who won their primaries this month. They are ready to organize, fight back, and stand up to the Trump administration -- and they're counting on us to help them win in November.
