Hundreds of thousands of grassroots donors have made it possible to bring about the transformational change that this organization requires at this moment.

Today I'm proud to report that we exceeded our May monthly fundraising goal. This is further proof that when Democrats like you across the country come together to fight for our values, there is nothing we can't accomplish. As you know, the DNC is doing things a bit differently than we've done in the past. We are investing in Democratic candidates up and down the ballot -- not just those at the top of the ticket. We are committed to strengthening state parties and winning back power at the local level. We are competing in races and districts where Democrats wouldn't have even attempted running in years past. Plus, we're building an unprecedented grassroots organizing infrastructure that will ensure Democrats can continue celebrating big victories in the years to come. Our party has come a long way in the past year -- we had to face some hard truths and find a way to move forward together. But today we are committed as ever to advancing the progressive values we all share and electing Democrats who will defend those values at every level of government. Now it's time to stay focused on the fight ahead. This fall, we have a chance to regain a Democratic majority in Congress, win back state legislatures, and elect the next generation of leaders who will move our party forward in the years to come. You've contributed to the Democratic Party in the past, and we're counting on you again this year to help our candidates win nationwide.
