Trump's campaign has announced it's well on its way to raising the $1 billion they think it'll take to re-elect him, Pat. Let me put that into context: Right now, Donald Trump has raised over twice as much as President Obama at this point in his re-election campaign. We have to keep pace -- and as I write, we're at risk of falling dangerously behind. Rush a $3 donation to the One-Term President Fund now to keep us on track to help Democrats take back the White House and offices up and down the ballot in 2020. Trump and the RNC are hell-bent on expanding on the list of states Trump won in 2016 by targeting states like Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, and Nevada -- and they're counting on early money to build a formidable ground game to make it happen. This should be a wake-up call to Democrats everywhere. The honest truth is no Democratic presidential nominee can take on Trump and the RNC alone -- and our eventual nominee's success or failure will hinge on what the DNC is able to invest right now in data, organizing, technology, and infrastructure. Will you donate $3 today to the One-Term President Fund to keep us on track to defeat Donald Trump and the GOP in 2020? Any amount you can afford to give will make a tremendous difference early on, when it matters most. Thanks for your support, Tom Tom Perez Chair Democratic National Committee |
