A Broadway play and chardonnay

Pat -- Just a few weeks ago, I met the winner of our Omaze contest for a “Broadway play and chardonnay” -- or, in our case, dinner and a trip to The Cher Show. Photo Credit: Jenny Anderson It was such a joy to see a musical that celebrates the power of women to handle obstacles of all shapes and sizes -- and to learn a little bit more about the ultimate queen of comebacks. I’m sure I’m not the only one who left the theater inspired, and with a tune stuck in my head. But even more than that, it was a delight to spend time with Bonnie, a preschool teacher, and her husband, Mark, and to hear why Bonnie was inspired to give to Onward Together. Representing this organization and our hard-working partners is always an honor. In just two years, we’ve done some incredible things, and I hope you’re as proud as I am to be on this team with Bonnie and thousands of other big-hearted Americans.
