This is incredible, Pat

The previous three days have been some of the strongest individual days for online fundraising in the DNC's history.

DemocratsJoin us.
Pat --

Today is a big day for the DNC -- and since you donated to elect Democrats in 2016, I wanted you to be the first to know:

The previous three days have been some of the strongest individual days for online fundraising in the DNC's history. Since Friday, we've raised more than $1.5 million online -- one of the best 72-hour stretches the DNC has ever had. Take a look:

And here's a map of where all the contributions came in from across the country during just a single one-hour period on Saturday:

This past September was also the DNC's best online fundraising month in nearly four years. In fact, we raised 37% more online in September 2018 than we did before the last midterm elections in September 2014. Thanks to grassroots donors across the country, our party is in a position to win back the House, the Senate, governorships, state legislatures, and thousands of seats up and down the ballot this November.

A lot of people don't know this, but the DNC is a majority grassroots-funded organization. 98% of individual donations to the DNC this year are $200 or less -- and 45% of DNC donors this election cycle are folks who contributed for the first time.

That's something we should all be proud of. It shows that Democrats from all walks of life are making an investment in the future of our party. Together we are transforming the DNC into an organization that is capable of winning in all 50 states this November and taking back the White House in 2020. Neither of those things would be possible without the active involvement of donors like you who have contributed in the past. This is a critical time for the Democratic Party, and we're counting on your support again.

Let me be very clear, Pat: This organization is a very different place than it was two years ago. The DNC is no longer limiting our focus to presidential years because winning elections requires our commitment 365 days a year, every year. So we're competing in all 50 states guided by one simple truth: the only way we can win everywhere is if we organize everywhere.

In 36 days, we have the chance to regain a Democratic majority in Congress, take back state legislatures, and elect more Democratic governors. This is a tough time for our country -- there's no doubt about it. But I am optimistic that we can bring about the change that's required at this moment by electing Democrats who are ready to put a check on this president and stand unafraid in the fight to defend our shared values.

I'm excited to see what we accomplish together this November. Let's do this.

Tom

P.S. You've made a donation to the DNC in the past -- but it's been 712 days since you made your last contribution. We're counting on you to renew your commitment to electing Democrats. If you're able, contribute $3 today to invest in Democratic candidates up and down the ballot during these critical final weeks before Election Day.
