Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell are still trying to repeal the Affordable Care Act and throw millions off their insurance. Add your name -- tell Senate Republicans to vote NO on repeal: Pat, there are a lot of numbers getting tossed around when we talk about health care:
Zero. That's how many legitimate plans Republicans have come up with to keep working families out from under the crushing burden of living without access to affordable health care -- even after seven years of clamoring to "repeal and replace" the Affordable Care Act. And "zero" also seems to be how much Republicans senators care about what their constituents want. All over the country, in red states and blue states alike, folks have come out in droves to make our voices heard against the GOP's repeal. Because we kept the pressure on, some Senate Republicans have started to fold -- that's good news for working families and something we should all be proud of. But this fight is far from over, and we have to stay vigilant. We know Trump, Pence, McConnell, and Ryan won't go down without a fight. Make sure they know you won't either. Add your name and say you'll keep fighting to stop repeal: Thanks, as always, for all that you do. Keith Keith Ellison Deputy Chair Democratic National Committee |
