Let's start August with momentum on our side.

Last Tuesday night, Democrats won special elections for state senate seats in Massachusetts and New Hampshire -- in New Hampshire, it was the first time a Democrat won a special election for state senate since 1984. These victories happened because Democrats came out in force, with a fire in our bellies and ready to fight. We won because we organized. If we do that in every corner of every state -- make calls, knock on doors and talk to our neighbors, and support all of our local Democratic candidates -- we can win everywhere. My number one priority as Chair of the Democratic Party is to make sure we have the resources to do just that.
