First: President Obama launched the Democratic Unity Fund last year because he understood that victory in 2020 would require a strong, unified party ready to support our eventual nominee and candidates down the ballot. To do that, we needed to plan early.
Then: 303,948 donors chipped in to support the fund. This gave our party the resources to invest in critical initiatives, like the DNC's Data Warehouse and the War Room, and uplift Democratic campaigns nationwide.
Now: The very last fundraising deadline of the election is just five days away, so it's your final opportunity to get on the record as a Democratic Unity Fund donor before it's too late.
According to our records, you haven't donated to the fund yet. Pat, this is your last chance to add your name to the list of Democrats who've supported the Democratic Unity Fund before Election Day. Victory will take all of us working together, doing what we can when we can, especially with such little time left to make a difference. That's why I have to ask:
Can I count on you to donate $7 to the Democratic Unity Fund before Saturday's deadline? If just 128 more folks from Carrollton pitch in today, we'll be on track to hit our end-of-month fundraising goal -- the last of the general election.
