We might come up short

We cannot risk missing our goal -- there's just too much at stake.

DemocratsJoin us.

Tonight represents a critical deadline for our party, Pat -- and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I need you to know we're still pretty short of our goal. I've explained the importance of early investing to you before. Right now, the window to make these investments -- and to make them have the biggest impact -- is rapidly closing.

Missing this month's goal would have a real impact on our ability to act, plan strategically, and build the infrastructure we'll need to win up and down the ballot in 2020. I know you care about what's at stake -- from critical tech upgrades to funding organizers on the ground in key battleground states and more -- and we can't fall short of building the strong party operation that our eventual nominee and Democrats across the country will need to be successful.

So, Pat, will you be one of 16 more supporters from Carrollton to chip in $7 before tonight's deadline so we can invest in the tools we'll need to win?

Falling short of our goal this month will put us at an even greater fundraising disadvantage going into 2020. The Trump campaign and the RNC have raised over $300 million this year alone, and we need to be able to compete. We don't need to match them dollar for dollar, but we need to be able to make smart investments. Put simply, missing our goals puts our future nominee and Democratic candidates down-ballot in jeopardy.

As a dedicated member of our party, you've shown that you're committed to doing what it takes to beat Trump and the Republicans in 2020, and we need your investment tonight before our end-of-month deadline.

We only have a few hours before our deadline -- will you be one of 16 more supporters in Carrollton to help hit our goal?

Make a $7 contribution to the DNC before our deadline? Early investments will be imperative to our success in the coming year.

Thank you for your support in this fight,

Clayton
