I think it's even more important than before to be connecting with people.

Pat, My team is getting ready to finalize my grassroots supporter call list for this week, and I'm hoping I get to talk to some folks in Carrollton. So, if it's feasible for you today, Pat, will you pitch in $10 split between my campaign and the DNC before tonight's FEC deadline for a chance to get your name on my list? I never thought I'd be running for president from my home in Delaware, and one of the things I miss most right now is getting to talk to people on the campaign trail and personally tell them how grateful I am to have their support. There's so much I love about going from town to town, making stops, getting to meet folks, and talking to them one on one about what's going on in their lives. And during these times when it's so easy for us to feel distanced, I think it's even more important to be connecting with people than before.
