we're behind (re: Obama's announcement and Monday's deadline)

We're all on one team, and our eventual nominee will need a united party behind them as they compete with Donald Trump.

DemocratsJoin us.

We're two days away from one of our most critical fundraising deadlines of the year, and I wanted to give you a quick update on how the DNC's Democratic Unity Fund is doing:

President Barack Obama

The good news: Since President Obama launched the fund, over 30,000 donors have come together to support the trained organizers, up-to-date voter data, and modern cybersecurity our eventual nominee will need to compete with Donald Trump and the RNC's fundraising machine.

Q3 Deadline Countdown

The bad news: Donald Trump and his team have raised over $13 million since the announcement of an impeachment inquiry this week. Meanwhile, we still haven't reached our goal.

I cannot think of a more critical moment to support a fund that will back our eventual nominee and Democrats nationwide in 2020.

Donate $3 to the DNC's Democratic Unity Fund before Monday's deadline to provide the much-needed support our eventual nominee and Democratic candidates up and down the ballot will need to win.

While Donald Trump and the RNC's recent fundraising numbers are intimidating, I want to make one thing clear to you: We don't have to match Trump and the GOP's fundraising numbers dollar-for-dollar in order to win in 2020. But we absolutely have to outwork them, and we have to maintain our fundraising pace.

The Democratic National Committee is the only party organization working to ensure Democrats win from local office to the Oval Office in the years ahead. And we're relying on grassroots supporters like you to back that work ahead of Monday's deadline.

Donate $3 to the Democratic Unity Fund before Monday's end-of-quarter deadline to support the infrastructure building it will take to beat Donald Trump and Republicans nationwide.

More soon,

Tom
