Today, as you read this, the first ballots of this election are being mailed. The final sprint of the most crucial race in our lifetime starts right now.
Folks, I am not trying to scare you, but the gravity of these next few weeks should weigh heavily on each of us. Mobilizing voters is not an easy task in the best of times; reaching voters in the era of COVID-19 presents challenges that we've never seen before.
It's going to be tough, but I know we can overcome these challenges together -- finding new, innovative ways to meet folks where they are and getting them to cast their ballots as early as possible. But it takes time and a tremendous amount of resources, Pat, which is why your investment today will have a much greater impact than it would at this time next month.
Will you split a $10 donation between my campaign and the DNC right now, while your donation has the most significant impact on this race?
If you don't know by now, asking for money is my least favorite part of campaigning. Times are tough, and I know that there are plenty of uses for your hard-earned dollars. But I'm asking if you can chip in a few bucks today because your support now matters immensely -- far more, if I'm being honest, than right before Election Day.
Together, we can run more ads, reach more voters, and power more organizers in key battleground states at this critical stage in the race. Your support would mean everything to me, to Kamala, and to Democrats in tough races across our country. We're counting on you, Pat.
If you're able, please split your first $10 donation between my campaign and the DNC today. At this stage in the race, whatever you are able to give will help me and Democratic candidates across the country cross the finish line in November.
Let's get this done.
Joe
Joe Biden
P.S. This is your moment to help reshape and take control of this race. This fight has been tough, but I know together we are in this to win it all come November. Will you chip in $10 to my campaign and the DNC today -- while your gift has the greatest impact -- to help us emerge victorious?
