Demand a fair tax plan from the GOP.

Americans deserve a tax plan that's fair for every household. Add your name to demand one from Congress: I'M IN I've been Research Director at DNC HQ for a few years now, and let me tell you something: Nothing has ever kept me on my toes quite like fact-checking Donald Trump. It's never-ending, Pat. We're talking about someone who has told over 1,300 blatant lies and misleading assertions in his first 270 days in the White House. Take his tax plan, for instance: Trump went to Indianapolis a couple of weeks ago and said he wants to eliminate the estate tax to help out "millions" of farmers and small businesses. But PolitiFact rates his claim a "Pants on Fire" lie: Canceling the estate tax doesn't help millions of small businesses, Pat -- not even thousands. In fact, it only helps very wealthy families like Trump's and fewer than 100 businesses nationwide (all while the GOP plans to make middle-class families pay more). We know Trump won't tell us the truth, but fact-checking him isn't enough. We need to make sure the Republicans in Congress who can stop him know where we stand.
