I need your help today

My presidency has always been about you, and let me tell you what I mean. We got here in the first place because, in 2008, you built the biggest grassroots organization in the history of American politics. But we were only getting started. Over the next few years, we worked together to pass health care reform, bring our brave troops home from Iraq, and repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell. None of those things would have happened without your support. And a little more than 11 months ago, we celebrated another victory. I need your help today because all of the progress that has been made since 2008 has never been about what I can do for you, but what we can accomplish together. I need partners in the Senate and House who share that focus. And tonight's fundraising deadline is crucial.
