I woke up this morning grateful. Grateful for this team, for the American people, and for the progress that we've made together. You've heard me say it before, but I'll say it again now: I've never been more optimistic about the future of our nation. I mean it.
Last November we secured our Senate majority and lost fewer seats in the House of Representatives than any Democratic President's first midterm election in the last 40 years. And we had the best midterms for governors since 1986.
Voters made clear that they wanted to elect leaders who would address the climate crisis, gun violence, and protect personal rights and freedoms. But we're not done yet. We have a whole heck of a lot more to do to build a better America.
This team and the DNC have done a world of good to elect Democrats who are committed to making America work for everyone.
Will you chip in a few bucks -- or even $25 -- to the DNC? Whatever you can afford to give will go a long way in safeguarding our progress and electing more Democrats in the years to come.
