We were able to move forward with the final passage of a monumental piece of legislation: The CHIPS bill, which will create high-paying manufacturing jobs and ensure we make the next generation of semiconductor chips right here in America. We also passed the PACT Act. This legislation will fulfill our sacred obligation to take care of our nation's brave men and women who stepped up to serve our country in the military. We're also working to pass the Inflation Reduction Act to fight inflation, reduce the deficit, lower health care costs, and invest in clean energy. That's a whole lot. But as much as we've gotten done, there's still a lot more to do. We're at a critical inflection point in this country, and I want to make sure you get a chance to help me and our party keep working hard delivering for families.
