Georgia, flipping the Senate, and you, Pat

I'm headed into a January runoff to try to flip this seat, and control of the Senate hangs in the balance.

Pat, Last week, the world looked on as Americans decided who would lead our country for the next four years -- and then folks across the nation took to the streets to rejoice in the result of this presidential election. But what far fewer folks are talking about right now is that the fate of control of the U.S. Senate will be decided right here in my state of Georgia. I'm headed into a January runoff to try to flip this seat, and control of the Senate hangs in the balance. If we send my opponent back to a GOP-controlled Senate, she'll have another two years to rubber-stamp Mitch McConnell's agenda. That's bad news for Georgia and America -- but it doesn't have to be that way, Pat, because we've demonstrated that Georgia is a state where Democrats can win. Look, Pat: I am coming to you fully aware that the easiest thing for you to do right now is tune out of this race and continue celebrating the fact that Joe Biden will be our next president. Many will choose that path.
