I'm asking you, Pat

If you're planning on waiting until later this year to make a donation, know that your support would make more of an impact now.
DemocratsJoin us.
Republicans control both chambers of Congress and they have refused to do their job, Pat.

Let's be clear: Their job is not to protect the gun lobby. It is not to line the pockets of their wealthy donors with tax cuts. And it is not to dismantle the legacy of President Obama and hurt hardworking families.

Their job is to represent the people -- and if they won't do it, it's time to elect Democrats who will.

Tonight at midnight we face an important FEC fundraising deadline. Will you donate $10 before then to give Democratic candidates the resources they need to win, Pat?

Each day the GOP refuses to take action on issues like gun violence and immigration, people suffer. Students live in fear of whether their school will be a target of a mass shooting, and Dreamers remain uncertain whether they will be able to stay in the country they know and love.

But guess what, Pat? If Republicans won't do the job they were elected to do, we have the ability to take that job away from them -- but only if we start organizing now.

If you're with us, donate $10 before tonight's FEC fundraising deadline.

Let's keep up the fight,

Tom

This is un-American, Pat

We can't let Republicans take away our right to vote. Join the fight for access to the ballot box before tonight's deadline.
Pat --

Before we can get out the vote, we must protect the vote.

The GOP is dead set on making it as difficult as possible for voters to cast their ballots this November -- and not just any voters. Republican-led state legislatures across the country have specifically targeted communities of color and young people with their voter suppression laws -- people they know are more likely to support Democrats.

This is un-American, Pat. Voting should not be more difficult for anyone because of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, or income.

If we don't fight back, more Americans will be at risk of becoming disenfranchised -- and Republicans will continue to be at an unfair advantage. It's up to us to protect the right to vote and ensure all of our voices are heard at the ballot box.

Before tonight's fundraising deadline, chip in $10 to support Democrats who will fight for voting rights.

Republicans claim that voter suppression laws will prevent illegal voting and fraud -- but the truth is that the GOP simply wants to make it harder for voters to participate in our elections. They know that when more people vote, Democrats win.

These laws are an attack on our democracy, plain and simple. Right now it's up to us to do something about it.

Contribute $10 before tonight's deadline if you're ready to support Democrats who will protect voting rights.

All my best,

Jason Kander

Now is not the time to give up or shut up, Pat

As long as we stand together and create a strong, inclusive Democratic Party, we will be unstoppable.
Pat --

In the past year, we have watched Donald Trump and his administration demonstrate an incredible capacity for dividing our country through fearmongering and lies. We have also watched the Republican Party fall right in line behind him.

Republicans from the halls of Congress to the White House have proven they don't have an interest in leading. At this critical moment, it's up to us to elect Democrats who are willing to step up and provide the leadership our nation so desperately needs.

Will you donate $10 before the fundraising deadline tonight at midnight to elect Democrats nationwide this year? Take it from me -- donations made now go a long way toward victories in November.

Now is not the time to give up or shut up -- it's time to rise up and speak up in support of our shared values.

We must ensure that our children are safe at school, make sure health care is a right and not a privilege, and offer working Americans a path for upward mobility. We must hold Trump and his party accountable. We must stand up for what's right. We can do all of this and more, but only if we work together.

If you're with us, chip in $10 before midnight tonight and let's get to work.

Thank you,

Cory Booker
U.S. Senator, New Jersey

P.S. -- Along with a few of my senate colleagues, I will be attending the DNC's 2018 IWillVote Gala next week. I'm really looking forward to talking about how we're going to organize our communities this year -- chip in $10 before midnight to be automatically entered for a chance to join me next week in D.C.

Here's the truth about our organization, Pat:

I know this is a big ask, but I would not make it if it wasn't important:
DemocratsJoin us.
Pat --

You've contributed to the Democratic Party in the past, and I cannot thank you enough for your support. This November's election is unlike any other we've faced in recent years, and right now I am counting on you to help Democrats keep up our fight for the long haul.

Chip in $3 to become a sustaining donor before tonight's fundraising deadline. Your support will help Democrats organize nationwide and win in November.

This is your party, Pat. By making a sustaining contribution you are not only helping determine the direction it will take -- you are also providing critical support to Democratic candidates across the country.

Building an organization from the ground up doesn't happen overnight. It requires time and investment -- and there's nothing more important than investing early if we're going to win in November.

Make your $3 monthly sustaining contribution before tonight's deadline to invest in Democrats running for office across the country.

Momentum is on our side, but it's going to take every single one of us giving it everything we've got in order to win.

Thanks for standing with Democrats,

Tom

Please take a minute to read this, Pat

None of this can -- or will -- happen without your support:
DemocratsJoin us.
When Tom and I joined the DNC around this time last year, it was in rough shape, Pat. A big reason for that was due to fundraising.

One of our biggest priorities over the past year has been fixing that -- rebuilding trust with the grassroots and reforming the way this organization raises money. A year out, I'm proud to say that we've been more successful than I could have possibly imagined.

Last year, two-thirds of the DNC's revenue came from grassroots donors giving contributions of less than $200. That is a big deal for our organization. It means the lines of accountability are running the right way -- to you, the people.

If we keep it up this year, it will fundamentally change the direction of the Democratic Party, and we'll be so much better off as a result. But that will only happen if people like you step up again to keep shaping the future of our party.

There's a fundraising deadline tomorrow at midnight, and I'm asking you to chip in $10 before then. When you donate, you'll be helping continue this party's transformation.

Thanks,

Keith

My answer to this question:

Here's the best way you can maximize your impact on this year's elections:
DemocratsJoin us.
You are already a donor to the Democratic Party, Pat -- and I cannot thank you enough for your support. Sometimes when I'm talking to people like you, they ask me, "I'm already supporting my local candidates, volunteering, and donating. How else can I make a difference?" I've got the answer to that question: Become a monthly sustaining donor.

Monthly donations are incredibly valuable when it comes to making decisions on when and where to invest. Your sustaining contribution will give Democrats the resources to fight for the long haul and win big this year -- and we need our most active supporters to make them, Pat. So what do you say?

Make a monthly sustaining $3 donation before tomorrow's end-of-month deadline to help Democrats take on the GOP this year.

We've flipped 37 state legislative districts so far this cycle, Pat -- and our momentum is even higher this year than it was last year. You've heard all about Doug Jones, but you may not have heard of Patty Schachtner. She won last month in Wisconsin's 10th state Senate district, which had been held by Republicans for nearly two decades.

Democrats are also winning state House races in places like Georgia, Missouri, and Kentucky. Just last Tuesday, Kentuckians elected Rep. Linda Belcher in a district Trump won in a walk.

Here's the bottom line, Pat: Democrats can win anywhere. Our victories during these last few months have made that clear. It is just a matter of having the resources to continue mobilizing voters across the country.

Chip in $3 to become a monthly sustainer before tomorrow's deadline. Your support will help Democrats take back Congress and flip state legislatures in November.

Thank you for being a part of this,

Amanda

We're suing Arizona, Pat

This Arizona law vastly disenfranchises people of color who live in rural communities -- especially Native Americans and Latinos.
DemocratsJoin us.
The DNC is suing the state of Arizona, Pat. Let me take a moment to tell you why.

Currently, in Arizona, there is a law that makes it a felony to deliver a mail-in ballot on behalf of another person -- even if it's signed and sealed. As it turns out, this law disproportionately disenfranchises people of color -- especially Latinos across the state and Native Americans who live in rural communities where neighbors rely on neighbors to drop things in the mail for them.

That's why the DNC is investing more than $2 million in this lawsuit to protect voting rights -- every American should be able to participate in our democracy, no matter where you live. Contribute $10 right now, before Wednesday's end-of-month deadline, to show your support for voting rights and the DNC's vital work in 2018.

Republicans insist that Arizona's law will reduce voter fraud -- but there are no instances of fraud due to ballot collection in Arizona. Trust me, I study this sort of thing for a living. The only effect of this law is to limit the ways voters can submit their ballots and make it harder for Arizonans to vote.

Here's the thing, Pat: This effort isn't about Democrats winning elections. It's about making sure that every voter is afforded their constitutional right. Every voter deserves a voice and the opportunity to make sure it is heard at the ballot box.

As Democrats, we will not tolerate voter disenfranchisement and will continue to fight against it. Stand with Democrats before Wednesday's deadline by chipping in $10 to ensure all Americans can participate in our elections.

Thanks for your support,

Georgina

That's why we need your help today -- if you're able, donate $10 now to support the DNC's efforts to make our democracy accessible to all and help elect Democrats nationwide.

Last week’s tragedy has pulled us all into shock and grief.

Yet for years Republicans have refused to act on sensible gun violence prevention.

I’ve had enough of their inaction.

I can’t stand to watch them fail to uphold their moral obligation to America any longer. But I need your help.

This is how we prevent gun violence:

I became a student activist after my friend, Blair Holt, was shot and killed on a city bus right after school.
Pat --

My name is Ronnie Mosley, and I lost my cousin and my best friend to gun violence.

No one is ever the same after losing a loved one to gun violence. It's why I became a student activist ten years ago, after my friend, Blair Holt, was shot and killed on a city bus right after school.

I was driven by the simple truth that kids should not have to live in fear of being gunned down in their neighborhoods. We must take proactive steps to organize in our communities and demand accountability from our elected officials.

There is still much that needs to be done -- and our best shot at reducing gun violence is electing Democratic candidates up and down the ballot who will help strengthen our gun laws.

The time to act is now. Make a contribution before Wednesday's deadline to throw out Republicans who have blocked progress on gun violence and elect Democrats who will take this issue seriously.

Progress on gun violence prevention has stalled -- but right now I am hopeful that we have reached a turning point.

Inspired by the students in Parkland, Florida, people nationwide are coming together to bring an end to gun violence. Just this week, survivors of the Parkland shooting confronted lawmakers at the Florida state legislature and made their voices heard, and thousands of people gathered to support them.

School-age kids should not have to endure the trauma of gun violence. We shouldn't have to wonder, "Will I be next?"

We're fed up. We want a future, not another funeral.

There's a solution to this problem, and it starts with introducing common-sense gun laws. That's why it's so important that we come together to elect Democrats who will put people ahead of the interests of the gun lobby.

Show you're in to stop the cycle of gun violence. Donate before Wednesday's deadline and together we will defeat Republicans who want to maintain the terrible status quo.

We can stop needless deaths from happening -- but only if we work together.

Thanks for joining this fight.

Organizers, not schmoozers

We have to make sure Democratic candidates have the resources they need to organize and win.
DemocratsJoin us.
Pat --

When I started building out the political and organizing team at the DNC, I knew one thing for sure: I didn't want to hire people who know how to schmooze -- I was looking for organizers who have done the work that wins elections.

The truth is that Democrats won't win big this year unless we organize in every single community across the country -- and our victories in states like Alabama and Oklahoma show that any state is fair game.

My team is already working on the ground in states across the country to build a massive, national organizing program. But organizing is expensive, and without a huge amount of grassroots support, we won't be able to build the kind of organization we will need to take back Congress and start fundamentally changing our country's politics.

Chip in $10, before Wednesday's end-of-month deadline, to fund the DNC's 2018 organizing program and help elect Democrats nationwide. If we don't organize, we won't win -- it's that simple.

Here's the thing, Pat: Organizing doesn't happen overnight. It requires building relationships with people on the ground and making long-term investments that will last beyond a single election cycle.

We've already seen what happens when we invest early. After sending organizers to Alabama to work directly with Doug Jones' campaign, we shocked Republicans with a victory no one thought was possible. The DNC also made critical investments in Virginia that helped elect Ralph Northam governor and flip 15 House of Delegates seats from red to blue.

Those victories are proof that in order to replicate our success this year, we need to scale our organizing work -- and we need to do it early.

Contribute $10 right now to elect Democrats nationwide this year. The investments we make now will determine our success in November.

Organizing early is the only way to win. Thanks for making that work possible.
