Friend -- I'm on my way to Cleveland so I can attend tonight's Republican primary debate -- and I have to say, I'm pretty excited. A lot of these GOP candidates spend so much time hiding behind campaign platitudes -- attacks against President Obama and threats to shut down the government -- that we don't get to see them answer many real questions. Tonight, we'll hear directly from them about why they think they deserve to be the next president. RSVP to say you'll be watching tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET too. Now, don't get me wrong: I'm not expecting them to hold off on attacking the President or spouting cliches tonight. In fact, we've even got a GOP Bingo game to see who says the most predictable things first! But what I am expecting is to learn a little more about what these guys would do in the Oval Office. RSVP now if you're going to tune in tonight -- we'll send you a reminder (and a link to play GOP Bingo!): http://my.democrats.org/Watch-the-GOP-Debate Enjoy the show.
