Friend -- We have a little saying here in the finance department at Democratic Headquarters that we like to toss around when the weather gets warmer and we see spring on the horizon. For example, we'll be chatting about our weekend plans, and wondering if the spring rain will ruin our chances of catching a baseball game or walking down by the cherry blossoms.
