Pat -- In the wake of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are bearing the brunt of yet another hurricane. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who have been affected by Hurricane Maria. This storm has done catastrophic damage across Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
