I'd like to say thanks in person

Friend -- February is a big month (even if it's a little short). It's a time when we honor the men and women who stood up for civil rights and equality for all, and a time when we reflect on our progress; a chance to mark how far we've come together, and an opportunity for us to remember how much more work still needs to be done. I'm ready to work with Congress to make smart and fiscally responsible investments, but we can't afford to ignore our domestic responsibilities if we want to make America stronger.
