So, people have been asking me why we're doing so many contests where we invite supporters to come to D.C. to participate in official Democratic Party events. First off, we do them because most people don't live in our nation's capital and supporters like you deserve to be a part of everything we do as an organization, no matter where you live. But also we're doing them because this November we're going to be going up against the Koch Brothers, Karl Rove, and a whole bunch of extreme Republicans who take jaw-dropping amounts of money from a very small group of very rich, very anonymous people.
