The Georgia Senate runoff elections are just a day away, and Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are locked in dead-heat races. This is our chance to take back the Senate, and give Joe a Democratic majority. And with so many important tasks ahead of us, winning a Senate majority has never been more important. The fate of the Senate, the courts, and our progressive agenda are all on the line in Georgia. So, I must personally ask you: Will you split a contribution between the DNC and the Ossoff and Warnock campaigns today to support their efforts to win these seats and flip the Senate? Every dollar helps in a big way in races this close. My name is Maju and I’m the Executive Director of the Presidential Inaugural Committee. I have the honor and responsibility to make sure the Inauguration ceremonies and events happening in a few short weeks reflect and empower the 155 million Americans who made their voices heard in November -- and mark the peaceful transfer of power and endurance of the American project. The historic nature of this inauguration is not lost on me. Like many, my phone rang non-stop when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were declared victorious, by my Indian Aunties and Uncles, in awe that we would finally have an Indian and African American woman in the White House.
